I am passionate about issues which deal with youth empowerment. Many young people today lack empowerment and without it societies will not be able to grow to its fullest potential. I became aware of this issue while counseling young people. I loved listening to what they had to say and I also enjoyed giving them my point of view, at the same time letting them know it was just my opinion. I'm really inspired by the youth who despite their age accomplished a lot to help other and contribute to the positive change and development in our world. I'm also inspired by all the people that strongly fight for their causes especially for peace and a better world like Ghandi, Mandela and the 14th Dalai Lama.

On my own perspective, I believe everyone is a leader. This is because leadership begins in our homes – that’s where we exhibit leadership qualities; care, tolerance, openness, etc. Every leader should be able to live a positive and exemplary life. As young people and leaders, it is bound on us to impact our communities positively starting at youthful age.
